For over sixty years Hawkins Construction has delivered a vast array of commercial office and retail buildings; from single story campus style office parks right through to high-rise CBD office buildings.In this time we have built many commercial office projects by traditional tender as well as design and build contracts.

But what sets us apart is our ability to offer a seamless service for developers, tenants and owners, by having a range of preconstruction and design services at the front end, right through to providing interior fit out services through the Hawkins Interiors division.

We fully understand the complexities that can arise between the base build works, how they progress and the timing and interface of tenant specific requirements. Our integrated approach from the briefing stage through to handover is underpinned by a sound understanding of building performance and the needs of all building stakeholders.

Our group-wide systems and methodologies have been tested and proven in the delivery of fully integrated base build and interior contracts.

A large number of our commercial buildings have been given significant recognition not only for the quality of their design but also for the construction methods employed in minimising waste from our sites and the sourcing of the best materials.
